The rental unit is a 1,500 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor oceanfront condo. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a gourmet meal.

The spacious living room and adjoining bedrooms lead to a large, airy, shaded terrace that runs the full width of the house. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and comfortable armchairs for reading, socializing, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. Hammocks are also provided for appreciated naps.

The south side bedroom has a king-size bed, two rocking chairs, and a dresser. There is a walk-in closet in the short hallway that leads to the private bathroom. The bedroom in the north has a king-size bed, an antique Mexican closet, a comfortable loveseat, and a charming Mexican tile bathroom. A double futon in the living room provides sleeping accommodations for two additional people. You can rent the whole house, or the bedrooms individually.
